Just finished watching and digesting the State of the Union speech....

A quiet moment for your busy subway ride.....

If you've never seen it, Wim Wenders' Wings of Desire is a cinematic treasure that deserves to be seen again and again.  This subway scene is one of my favorite pieces of the film.  We all know how it feels to be so distracted....so lost in thought, worry, and emotional spirals.  Sometimes....all seems insurmountable and impossible...but then at the turn of a thought...like a feather-light whisper in our ear....we find a solution...and some hope to get through the next moment.
